Method of cooking:
Grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater, let stand for a while and squeeze out the juice,
add spices, egg and greens. Cut and beat the meat.
Spread the potato mass in an even and not thick layer on the chops and place the greased side down on the baking sheet.
And on top of the chop, put a layer of mass in the same way.
Press the chops with a fork to the bottom of the pan and fry until golden brown.
