garlic – 2 cloves;
seasoning for meat – 1/2 teaspoon;
black pepper – a large pinch;
salt – a large pinch;
oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
mushrooms – 300 g;
large onion – 1 pc.;
fresh parsley;
broth – 200 ml (for example, vegetable);
cream 18% or 30% — 150-200 ml;
wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l.

  1. Take the meat out of the refrigerator so that it warms up a little. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1,5-2 cm thick. Sprinkle them with a large pinch of salt and pepper (preferably freshly ground), as well as meat seasoning (about 1/2 tsp). Drizzle with a small amount of olive or regular oil and rub with garlic pressed through a press (2 cloves).
