Ingredients:
Pork,
Medium-hot mustard,
Salt,
Freshly ground pepper,
Potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage,
Sunflower oil.
Preparation:
Wash the meat, dry it. Rub with salt and pepper. Generously coat with mustard, place in the refrigerator overnight.
Peel the potatoes, onions, and carrots and cut them into thick rings. Separate the cabbage into florets.
Lay the foil crosswise on a deep baking sheet, grease the bottom of the foil with oil, sprinkle with a little salt.
Place a piece of meat on the bottom, arrange vegetables on the sides, onion rings on top of the meat.
Cover the meat with vegetables with foil.
Bake in an oven heated to 170 degrees for 1 hour, then reduce the oven to 100 degrees and bake for another hour.
Remove the meat from the oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Cut the meat 1,5 — 2 cm thick.
Serve with vegetables.
