boneless pork loin – 1 kg;
garlic – 2 cloves;
broth – 600 ml;
onion – 2 pc.;
sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon;
wheat flour – 2 tbsp. L.;
olive oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
seasoning for meat – a large pinch;
hot pepper – a pinch;
several balls of allspice;
a few bay leaves;
oil for frying.

  1. Cut the meat into slices 1-2 cm thick. Beat the meat slightly with a kitchen hammer.

Prepare the marinade: add crushed garlic (2 cloves), olive oil (2 tablespoons), a pinch of pepper and pork seasoning (a large pinch) to a bowl. Mix everything with a spoon and rub the pork slices thoroughly. Leave for at least half an hour (although you can leave the meat even overnight).
