Ingredients:
Pork – pulp 800 g
Champignon mushrooms 800 g
Margarine 100 g
Onions 500 g
Apple cider vinegar 5 tbsp. l.
Fresh parsley 50 g
Ground red pepper 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Mixture of hops-suneli 2 tsp.
Salt.

Method of cooking:
We will need pork meat, fresh mushrooms, onions, apple cider vinegar, parsley, margarine, and spices to prepare the roast.

We cut the pork into slices the size of half a palm, beat them and cut them in half. The pieces of meat should be approximately the same and thin enough, so they will be evenly fried. Add 1 tsp. hops-suneli and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Cut the onion into thin half-rings, pour boiling water so that the water only slightly covers the onion, and add 5 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar Like the meat, we leave it for 1 hour.

Cut the mushrooms quite coarsely. If the mushrooms are small, then cut them in half, if they are large, then into 3-4 parts.

Chop the parsley coarsely so as not to lose the color and aroma of the greens.

Melt the margarine in a pan. It is better to take creamy margarine. Butter and dairy margarine are not suitable.

Fry the pieces of meat on both sides in the center of the pan. As soon as the meat changes color, we put the pieces on the edge of the pan, and in the middle we spread new portions of meat, and so on until the end.

When all the meat is fried, stir, add black and red ground pepper, the remaining hop-suneli mixture, and 6 tbsp. l. onion marinade. Fry everything for 15-20 minutes on moderate heat, until the meat becomes soft and the amount of sauce is reduced by half.

Drain the marinade from the onion and add the onion to the meat. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Add mushrooms, mix and fry for 5 minutes on high heat.

Add greens, fry for another 2 minutes. And salt to taste.

Remove from heat, cover and leave for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables. It is better directly in the pan in which the meat was fried.
