Pork steak in a pan – a recipe for delicious meat.

– pork steaks – 2 pcs.;
— vegetable oil for frying;
– garlic – 2 cloves;
– thyme – 2-4 sprigs (thyme goes very well with pork);
– butter – 5 g.

For hot pickled salad:
– vegetable oil;
— red onion – 1 pc.;
– red bell pepper – 2 pcs. (red – sweet, can be replaced with green);
– salt, pepper – to taste;
– powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. l. (you can also just sugar);
– vinegar – 3 tbsp. l., better red wine, if apple – take 2,5 tbsp. l.;
– unrefined olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
– basil – 3 branches.

Let’s cook a pork steak.

At first, I started making pickled salad. Cut the onion into half rings.

Peppers were cleaned of seeds and cut into thin strips.

In a pan, fry the peppers in vegetable oil at a high temperature for 5 minutes.

I immediately added salt, pepper, and sugar. If the temperature is not high enough, the vegetables will be boiled, and they should be fried.

Poured vinegar and let it evaporate.

The salad is ready. She turned off the fire, added unrefined oil, and added basil leaves. They will rise gloriously from the residual heat.

I left the salad to marinate further.

Now I will quickly make meat. I have a neck, not the best option for this dish, but quite passable. I washed it, dried it with a napkin so that it was then fried, not boiled.

I rubbed the meat with vegetable oil (because you can’t get a fried crust without oil), salt and pepper.

I heated the pan over high heat. When the pan heated up, I put the meat, thyme and crushed garlic right in the skin. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. I had pretty thin pieces so 3 minutes was enough for me. Frying pork is not very easy, because you can’t eat it with blood, and without blood it dries up very quickly.

Towards the end, I throw in a piece of butter and pour it over the pork several times directly with a spoon.

Actually, the pork is ready, the salad is ready. I also cooked neutral basmati rice as a side dish. This is just an amazing dish.
