Pork with apples and basil
1. Wash the pork, cut it into medium pieces and fry it in oil.
2. Peel the onion, cut it into rings and add it to the pork. When the onion becomes transparent, add apple cider, cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum, add salt, pepper and simmer for one hour.
3. Wash the apples, cut out the core (no need to peel), cut into large slices and cut each slice in half. Add them to the pork when it is ready, and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Then add washed fresh basil leaves, keep on fire for a few more minutes and serve. Women’s sandals Lviv
* Apple cider can be replaced with natural apple juice, and fresh basil with dried basil leaves.
