Pork with cheese and mushrooms. Step-by-step recipe.

This dish is ideal both for a regular dinner and for meeting guests. It is prepared quite quickly and simply, and the meat always turns out juicy and soft thanks to the “coat” laid on top.

Ingredients:
pork – 500 g;
large mushrooms – 3-4 pcs.;
tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.;
hard cheese – 250 g;
onion – 1-2 pcs.;
sour cream – 150 g;
mayonnaise – 150 g;
greens – 50 g;
butter – 50 g;
salt and spices – to taste;
garlic – 2 cloves.

Cooking pork.

Wash the pork and cut it into small pieces.

Then you need to slightly knock it off from both sides.

Salt, pepper and add any spices to your taste.

You can leave it to marinate as it is, but I add garlic, a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix. I leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the meat is marinated, the softer and tastier it will be.

While the meat is marinating, prepare other ingredients. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Fry them literally for 2-3 minutes in butter. During frying, I add a little salt and seasoning with the aroma of wild mushrooms.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Cut the onion into rings.

For the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions, add greens. Mix everything and the sauce is ready.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

We cover the baking sheet with foil, put an incomplete tablespoon of sauce, and put the meat on top of it.

We evenly distribute the onion on the meat.

Place the fried mushrooms on top of the onion.

And put a circle of tomato on top of the mushrooms.

We cover the baking sheet with foil, excluding gaps, and send it to a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then take it out, remove the foil and pour each portion with the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle cheese on top and send back to the oven at 180 degrees for another 15-20 minutes.

When a ruddy crust forms, it can be taken out and served as a separate dish, or together with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
