Pork with gravy – a recipe for cooking meat.
This simple and quick recipe for delicious and tender pork with gravy will always help you make a wonderful and appetizing dish for a good family dinner. I like that this kind of meat is very easy to prepare, it doesn’t take much time and even a novice housewife can handle it.
Light and short-term marinating of pork gives it incredible softness and aroma, and stewing in cream sauce makes it juicy and tender. You can serve such a dish with absolutely any side dish – potatoes (in any form), pasta, cereals and stewed or fried vegetables are suitable here.
Ingredients:
lean pork – about 1 kg;
salt, pepper, spices, seasonings to taste;
1 Art. a spoonful of spicy adjika;
1-2 st. spoons of vegetable oil;
1 large carrot;
1-2 bulbs;
500 ml of cream (10-20% fat);
50-60 g of tomato sauce or paste.
We are cooking pork with a delicious gravy.
Cut the pork into small pieces, combine with butter, adjika, salt, pepper, and seasonings. Mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
Then fry the meat in a deep, thick-walled frying pan for 15 minutes on a good heat from all sides until golden brown. Add finely chopped carrots (you can use a Korean grater) and chopped onions. Fry everything together over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For gravy, mix cream and sauce (thickness can be adjusted by adding water).
Pour the pork with vegetables.
We stew everything together under the lid for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the dish infuse a little.
