Preparation:
Wash the pork, dry it, cut off excess fat, and cut it into small pieces.

Peel the onion, finely chop it.

Cut the peeled carrots into cubes.

Peel the garlic, finely chop.

Place the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, set aside, let the liquid drain.

Brown the pork with onions in a saucepan in oil, add salt, pour a glass of hot water or broth, mix and stew for 20-25 minutes, add carrots and stew for another 10 minutes.

Add cauliflower and green peas to the saucepan, add salt and pepper, add garlic and nutmeg, mix and simmer for another 10 minutes.
