Potato accordion in the oven – a recipe with a photo

Today there will be a recipe for cooking potatoes with cheese, bacon and green onions. The set of products is very simple, and the result is extraordinary. Try it and you will be delighted.

potato – 10 pc.;
olive oil – 2-3 tbsp. L.;
hard cheese – 250 g;
sour cream – 180 g;
bacon – 300-350 g;
chopped green onion – 1 tbsp. L.;
salt – to taste.

Cut some of the bacon into cubes.

Cut the remaining bacon into strips 1,5-2 cm wide.

We will also cut the cheese into strips 1,5-2 cm wide.

Large potatoes will be used for baking, which must be thoroughly washed beforehand. We will make cuts with a sharp knife, but not all the way. For this, we use such sticks.

Carefully rub the prepared potatoes with olive oil and salt to taste.

Stuff half of the potatoes with bacon. To do this, we place one piece in each of the cuts. Lubricate again with oil from above.

Place the potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. We will bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40-60 minutes until the potatoes become soft.

Fry the diced bacon in a pan with olive oil.

Take the potatoes out of the oven, let them cool a little, and then place slices of cheese in the cuts. Cook the potatoes in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.

We serve potatoes with sour cream, fried bacon and green onions.
