Potato cakes – an unforgettable taste of childhood

1. Mix condensed milk with butter. Add cognac and cocoa powder.

2. Pass the cookies through a meat grinder. Mix the cookies with the butter-milk mass and mix the resulting mass well.

3. Form cakes in the form of small potatoes. We send the cakes to the refrigerator for 5 hours.

“Potato” cakes can be decorated with nuts or almonds.
