Potato casserole with parsley

1. Boil potatoes, cool, mash with a fork. Heat oil with chopped garlic in a large pan. Chop parsley, mix with potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Put the potatoes in a pan, flatten them. Fry on both sides until golden.

A fairly simple recipe, but in my opinion, potatoes without onions are not tasty. If you fry an onion in oil, cut it into half rings, add a little turmeric and add all this to the casserole, it will become even tastier. And you need to put a layer of potatoes according to the recipe, then a layer of onions, then fried potatoes. And it is even better to rub a piece of hard cheese on top and bake in the oven. It will be quite a bomb.
