Potato casserole with vegetables for dinner – a recipe with a photo

Today’s recipe is for cooking a simple, tasty and hearty dish. You can feed a large family or a large company with such a dish, and it is prepared very simply and quickly. Prepared from products that are actually always in the refrigerator.

potatoes – 2 kg;
sausage – 500 g;
tomato – 2 pc.;
cheese – 200 g;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;

To fill:
eggs – 5 – 6 pcs.;
cream – 200 ml;
tomato paste – 1 tsp.

Cut the sausage into cubes. You can use absolutely any sausage: ham, smoked, etc.

Let’s prepare the filling. Add cream, salt, pepper and tomato paste to the eggs. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

We grease the baking tray on which we will bake our dish with vegetable oil and lay out the potatoes cut in this way. These potatoes were previously boiled in water for 5 minutes.

Next, you need to pour the filling over the potatoes. We pour our sausage.

If desired, you can put tomatoes on top. We also add smoked sausage and send it to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, everything is ready, we cover everything with cheese and send it to the oven for another 10 minutes so that our dish browns. If desired, sprinkle with greens and serve.
