Potato slices with meat. Culinary recipe.
Ingredients:
Potatoes — 1 kg.,
Vegetable oil for frying
Onion – 1 pcs.,
Egg – 1 pcs.,
Minced meat – 400 g.
Flour – about a glass,
Salt and pepper.
Method of cooking:
First, boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until fully cooked, then mash them. Leave to cool.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat for the filling, also until fully cooked, together with the onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Beat a raw egg into the potato mass, which has cooled to a warm temperature, and add a tablespoon of flour. Mix everything and divide into portions. Roll out each portion of potatoes into a pancake with your hands, put the filling, and form patties.
Roll the ready cutlets in flour or breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides.
Delicious hot with sour cream or other sauce.
