Ingredients:
Potatoes – 5 pcs.
Sunflower seeds – 2 handfuls (cleaned)
Vegetable (sunflower) oil
salt.

Method of cooking:
1. Grind the cleaned seeds in a blender.
2. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes in half.
3. Lubricate each piece of potato with oil and roll in the seeds on one side.
4. Grease a baking dish with a small amount of oil, put the potatoes with the seeds on top.
5. Bake at 180 * for about 45 minutes (cover with foil at first). If necessary, brown without foil.
Very tasty!
