Potatoes in the oven in a sleeve – a recipe for the dish

Today we will prepare very tasty potatoes baked in a sleeve. Potatoes prepared according to this recipe are an excellent alternative to fried potatoes and we will need few products to prepare them. This is an excellent dinner option for the whole family.

Ingredients:
potatoes – 1 kg;
tomato – 1 pc.;
garlic – 2 cloves;
carrot – 1 pc.;
parsley (any green to your taste);
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
ground black pepper;
salt.

The process of cooking potatoes in a sleeve in the oven.

First, cut the potatoes into large pieces. Transfer it to a bowl in which it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients.

Cut the carrots into cubes. Also transfer to a bowl.

Grate the tomato and discard the skin. Add the grated tomatoes to the potatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper and add about 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Mix everything.

We put the entire prepared mixture into a sleeve for baking. We tie the sleeve and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 80 minutes.

We take the finished potatoes out of the oven and carefully tear the sleeve from above. Pour chopped greens on the potatoes and squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press.

Mix everything a little. Close the sleeve and leave for 5 minutes so that the potatoes are permeated with the aromas of herbs and garlic.
