Ingredients:
Potatoes – 20 pieces,
Minced meat – 350-400 grams,
Egg – 1 piece,
Onion – 1 piece,
Cream – 200 grams,
Butter – 70 grams,
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil – a couple of tbsp. spoon,
Water – 50 milliliters.
Method of cooking:
Wash and peel the potatoes. It is desirable that the potatoes are approximately the same shape. Cut out the middle. Grease a non-stick baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the potatoes in it with the hole facing up.
Put the minced meat (beef, pork, chicken or a mixture of beef and pork) in a bowl. Beat an egg into it, add spices, salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. You can add raw chopped onion to the minced meat, or you can pre-fry it in vegetable oil until transparent.
Mix and stuff the potatoes with the prepared minced meat.
Melt butter in a pan, add cream, mix and heat. Do not bring to a boil. Pour water and oil-cream mixture into the pan with the stuffed potatoes.
Send to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
