How to cook potatoes with chicken in the oven.

Well, of course, at the first stage of cooking, we need to peel the potatoes and wash them well. Next, cut the potatoes into small cubes. Try to wash the potatoes well the first time, so that after we cut them, we don’t do it again, so as not to wash the starch that is released from it, you don’t want to get a tasteless potato.

Now salt, add pepper and mix the potatoes, mix well enough so that the salt and pepper get all over the potatoes. Next, add about one hundred grams of sour cream, mix well again.

Put the resulting potatoes, mixed with sour cream, on the form, having previously greased it with vegetable or butter.

Now we will deal with the chicken, we will cut it into small pieces and wash it well.

Salt and pepper the chicken, as well as the potatoes, add garlic, sour cream and mix well.

Then everything is quite simple, we put the chicken in a mold on top of the potatoes and give it some time to marinate in sour cream, about twenty to thirty minutes. As soon as the chicken has stood a little, we send the potatoes with the chicken to a preheated oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.

Readiness can be checked with a toothpick or fork, when the chicken and potatoes are soft enough, it means it’s ready, this whole thing (cooking) will take about an hour.

Potatoes with chicken in the oven are ready, we serve the dish hot, accompanying it with a cup of cold tomato juice, I assure you the taste is unforgettable. Sweet taste!
