Potatoes with meat in a sleeve – a recipe for dinner.

This tender and fragrant potato with meat in the sleeve, which is baked in the oven, is prepared incredibly simply and quite quickly. In addition, we have free time to create salads or snacks, because we do not have to monitor the cooking process at all. Such a dish is perfect for a family or even a festive lunch or dinner.

The meat in the sleeve turns out to be soft, juicy, and the potatoes are soaked in its juice, and in general, we have an excellent and very pleasant dish. Depending on the type of meat, the baking time varies, the fastest way is to use young pork.

600 g of lean pork;
5-6 small potatoes;
1 medium carrot;
2 onion bulbs;
salt, pepper, spices to taste;
40-50 ml of vegetable oil.

We prepare a dish with step-by-step photos.

Cut the meat into medium portions, salt, pepper and mix with half of the oil, leave it like this for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into large strips, combine with grated carrots and 1/3 of the chopped onion. Add salt, pepper and butter, mix.

First, we put the sliced ​​potatoes in the sleeve and spread the pork on it in an even layer, sprinkle the rest of the onion on top. We carefully tie, secure the bag for baking, make several punctures with a toothpick on top so that it does not burst when heated. Carefully transfer it to a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees (make sure it does not touch the walls) for one hour.

Then carefully cut the package, and put the potatoes with the already opened meat in the oven for another 10 minutes, until a beautiful, appetizing brown color appears.
