pork – 700 g;
tomato paste or sauce – 3 tbsp. L.;
potatoes – 850 g;
onion – 2 pc.;
mayonnaise – 70 g;
cheese 50% fat – 250 g;
sour cream – 70 g;
salt, spices – to taste.

Everyone knows that potato and meat dishes are very popular. And today I want to offer you a recipe for a dish that is adored by everyone in our family without exception. It is prepared simply, and disappears even faster. And so we prepare potatoes baked with meat under a cheese crust.

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, approximately 2 by 2. Salt it and add hops-suneli spices. We also send tomato paste or sauce here. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.
