Dishes prepared in the oven always have a unique taste and aroma. In autumn days, you especially want to wrap yourself and your loved ones in warmth and coziness. I decided to cook potatoes with mushrooms in pots. Using forest mushrooms, the dish would be even more aromatic and unique. But I am afraid to buy market ones, and unfortunately, there is nowhere else for me to take them.

Of course, you can add pork or other meat to potatoes and mushrooms. But this time I wanted to cook just like that. It takes little time to prepare: ten minutes of cooking, and they are already in the oven.

Ingredients:
300 g of fresh mushrooms;
800 g of potatoes;
200 ml of homemade milk;
salt, spices (oregano, marjoram, ground black pepper);
2 small carrots;
olives.

How to cook potatoes with mushrooms in pots.

Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Peel the carrots and wash well under running water.

Cut into small pieces. Arrange the potatoes in pots.

Add chopped carrots and olives to it.

If desired, you can add chopped onion and garlic. Salt and add spices.

Clean the mushrooms, wash them thoroughly and cut them into pieces or plates (depending on their size and our preferences). Place the sliced ​​mushrooms on top of the vegetables. Pour home-made milk over the potatoes and mushrooms (filling the container halfway).

Close the pots with lids and send them to “get bored” in the oven on low heat. While the dish is in the oven, you can prepare a salad with fresh vegetables. Cucumbers and tomatoes are already sold with a “winter” price. But a carrot-based salad can be prepared without any problems.
