Ingredients:
Meat (beef, pork or chicken) pulp 800 g.
Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
2 medium onions
Potatoes 600 g
Tomato paste or sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 pinches.
2 pinches of ground black pepper
Carrot 1 pcs.

Method of cooking:
To prepare the dish, you will need meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, vegetable oil, tomato paste and spices. And also 4 pots with a volume of 600 ml.

Wash the meat well and cut it into medium pieces.

Cut the onion into rings, and wash and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Fry onions and carrots in a pan for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the meat and cook everything together for another 5-10 minutes.

Add tomato paste or sauce, salt and ground black pepper.

Simmer for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Put potatoes on the bottom of the pots, filling them about half.

Put the meat with vegetables and the resulting sauce on top.

Bake the pots in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 40-45 minutes, check the potatoes for readiness, if they are soft, then the dish is ready.
