Ingredients:
chicken breast – 450 gr.,
wheat bread – 200 gr.,
warm milk – 1/2 cup,
butter – 6 tablespoons,
salt – 1/2 teaspoon,
black pepper – 1 pinch,
breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup,
garlic – 1 clove,
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.,
sire – 120 gr.

Method of cooking:
In a small bowl, soak the bread in warm milk and set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and pass them through a meat grinder together with pieces of bread.

Transfer the minced meat to a larger bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add a crushed clove of garlic.

Heat the pan. The minced chicken will be very sticky. Sometimes it is difficult to form patties. A small bowl of water will help you. Wet your hands in it and shape the patties. Place a strip of cheese in the middle of the patty and close it inside.

Roll each patty in breadcrumbs.

Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the cutlets for 6 minutes, 3 minutes on each side.

Then place the patties in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked.

A good salad, pickles and mashed potatoes can be a side dish.
