Prunes 100 g
Walnut 50 g
Baking soda 1/4 g
Wheat flour 70 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Frying oil 100 ml.

Method of cooking:
Pour boiling water over prunes. Then drain the water and dry.

Stuff each cream with chopped nuts.
Pierce each prune on a toothpick.

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites into a stiff foam, carefully add the yolks, then flour and soda, mix until smooth.

Dip each blackberry in batter and deep-fry until a golden crust is obtained.
