Today I propose to prepare a once very popular and perhaps already a little forgotten sour cream dessert with prunes and nuts, because it is prepared very easily, quickly, and it tastes wonderful. The only thing I want to note is that it is advisable to take prunes of small size for this dessert.
I made it from the indicated amount of ingredients 3 servings of dessert.

Rinse prunes and pour for 5-10 minutes. with hot water to soften it. If dried prunes are used, they should be soaked for a longer time or boiled a little.

Lightly fry the nuts in a dry pan, stirring occasionally.

Place half or a quarter of a walnut kernel inside each prune.

Beat sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. I beat for 4-5 minutes. at medium speed.

Put 1-2 spoons of sour cream on the bottom of each cream cake.

Next, spread the prunes and nuts evenly.

Then pour sour cream over the prunes, sprinkle grated chocolate on top and leave for 2-3 hours. put in the refrigerator. Prunes with nuts in sour cream are ready.
