Pumpkin cutlets with minced meat

I didn’t get pumpkin “dough”, maybe because 1 pumpkin is medium, it’s not an exact proportion. The pumpkin mass turned out to be liquid, so I had to add flour to make it sticky. And yes, it tastes good. I suggest adding the weight of the pumpkin to the ingredients, or advice on how to bring the pumpkin mass to the desired consistency.

  • Chicken baked under Philadelphia cream
  • Pasta with bell pepper and shrimp
  • Lean vegetable patties
  • Beef kebab marinated in wine
  • Casserole with mushrooms
