Pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon / Desserts / Delicious

I want to offer all pumpkin lovers a delicious and easy-to-prepare recipe for pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon. Such fritters can also be diversified with additional ingredients such as orange or lemon peel, dried cranberries, raisins, and more.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and grind in a blender until pureed.

Beat the eggs with a whisk.

Add pumpkin puree and milk to the eggs.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour into a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients (sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder). Mix

Add the flour to the pumpkin mixture in parts, mixing everything thoroughly each time.

The result should be a fairly thick mixture (as in the photo).

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and spread the fritters with a tablespoon.

Fry the fritters over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Pour honey or maple syrup over the warm fritters and sprinkle with walnuts. You can also serve them with sour cream. Pumpkin fritters with cinnamon are ready.
