Pumpkin with pearl barley, mushrooms and spinach

We cook like this:
1. Soak pearl barley in cold water for at least 1 hour.
2. Wash the pumpkin, dry it, cut out the core together with the seeds, leaving walls about 1 cm thick. Grease the pumpkin inside with oil.
3. Fry mushrooms with onions until golden, salt and pepper. Cut the spinach and fry in oil for 1 minute.
4. Mix pearl barley and mushrooms, add spinach, corn, salt and pepper, mix. 5. Fill the pumpkin with the filling, but not to the very top. Add about 0,5 cups of water. Cover with foil.
6. Place in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 1 hour.
