Puree from young green peas
* It is best to steam peas. If you cook it in water, after boiling, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and remove the peas from the heat as soon as they are ready. The duration of cooking depends on the ripeness of the peas – very young peas will cook quickly, more mature ones will take a little longer to cook.
* A portion of such puree contains the daily norm of vitamin E and many other useful substances.
