Quick dinner – what to cook quickly, simply and deliciously

Ingredients:
loaf – 1 pc.;
tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
butter – 50 g;
cheese – 150 g (must melt);
ham (can be replaced with any sausage) – 300 g;
ground black pepper;
salt – 1/3 teaspoon;
milk – 90 g;
egg – 4 pcs.

The process of preparing a snack for dinner.

Cut the loaf. We will lay it out in a round shape. Therefore, you need to see if the pieces of bread fit into the mold. They won’t fit in mine, so I’ll cut off small pieces. It should look something like this.

Cut the ham and tomatoes into circles.

Spread pieces of bread with butter. You need very little of it, otherwise the dish will be very fatty. Grease a baking dish with butter.

We lay out the pieces of the loaf in a circle in our form. In the spaces between the pieces, lay out one slice of ham and one tomato each.

Fill the middle with chopped leftovers of bread, ham and tomatoes.

And now we will prepare an omelette, which we will pour over our loaf. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, pour milk, pepper and mix everything. We pour the resulting mixture on top and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Take the finished snack out of the oven, sprinkle it with our cheese.

We send it back to the oven for literally 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.

The resulting snack is best served warm. Such a hearty and very tasty dinner can be prepared for the whole family by spending only 15 minutes on preparation and about 30 minutes on baking.
