Ingredients:
Minced pork 600 g
Potatoes 5 pcs.
Waffle cakes 65 g
Chicken eggs 1 pcs.
1 white onions
Garlic 1 clove
Salt 1 pinch
1 pinch of ground black pepper.

Method of cooking:
To quickly prepare a meat pie, we will need minced pork, a chicken egg, potatoes (small), onions, garlic, waffle cakes (about 7-8 cakes), salt, ground black pepper.

Peel the potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop and add to the minced meat.

We also add grated potatoes to the minced meat, beat an egg, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly until the minced meat is of a uniform consistency.

On two sheets of foil, placed crosswise, we first lay out the waffle cake, grease it with a thin layer of minced meat.

We do this until the cakes and minced meat run out.

Wrap the cake in foil, not tightly.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ºC for about 1 hour. Remove the foil and turn the cake onto a flat, wide dish.

The finished cake is decorated as desired and served as a hot dish or as a cold snack.
