Recipe for baked bell pepper chushka burek

1. Peel the seeds from the pepper, cut off the tails. Grease the skin with oil and bake the peppers in the oven or microwave until soft (about 20 minutes). Salt and pepper.

2. Make the filling. Mash the cheese with a fork, beat the egg into it and mix. Cut the tomato into circles.

3. Stuff the pepper with cheese and tomato slices, flatten a little.

4. Beat an egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle the peppers with flour, dip them in a beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. Fry on both sides for 10-12 minutes.
