Recipe for mashed beans

* According to the classic recipe, beans should be pounded with a pestle and rubbed through a sieve. However, it is much easier to use a meat grinder or a blender, especially since it will not affect the taste of the dish in any way.

* Add 1-2 teaspoons of walnut oil to the beans – this will add piquancy and a special taste to the dish.
