Ingredients:
1 glass of rice
3 Eggs
3-4 sausages
Cheese
Onion 2-3 large heads
Sour cream 1 cup
Greens
2-3 tomato
Spices to taste.
Method of cooking:
Boil the rice until it is almost ready, so that it does not stick together, but separates from each other. Cool the rice.
Cut the onion into cubes, fry in oil until transparent and slightly golden. Let’s cool down.
Separate the protein from the yolk, beat the whites into a thick and lush foam, mix the yolks with the cooled onion, mix the finished protein foam with rice.
Put a portion of rice on a greased pan, sprinkle with spices, salt, put 1/2 yolks mixed with onions, then sausages cut into rings, sprinkle sausages with cheese, put the rest of the onion on top of the sausages and rice again.
Flatten everything carefully with a spoon and put it in the oven on a slow fire.
After 10 minutes, pour sour cream over our casserole. Again in the oven for 15 minutes.
Then chopped tomatoes, greens, a little more cheese and bake until light golden.
