Rice vermicelli

1. Cook the rice vermicelli according to the instructions on the package. Wash zucchini, cut into circles and steam for 15 minutes. Wash the asparagus, cut into pieces 3-4 cm long and steam for 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion.

2. Wash the limes, thinly slice one, and squeeze the juice from the other. Mix lime juice, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, ground black pepper and salt.

3. Heat the rest of the peanut oil in a pan, lay out the rice vermicelli and warm it over low heat for 5 minutes. Place vermicelli, zucchini, asparagus, onion and lime slices on plates. Pour the sauce over everything.
