Roast beef in the oven for dinner.

Saute is a universal dish and is rather not a defined list of unchanging products, but rather the technology of their preparation. Yes, today we will cook a stew of beef and vegetables in the oven, and we will use cold dry wine as a sauce. Such a combination of products and the method of their preparation will allow the taste of the dish to become truly delicate and deep. Sautéed beef is the perfect dinner.

Spices, like vegetables, can be selected according to your taste. Thyme, basil and rosemary go well with beef and that’s why we recommend you use them. You can easily prepare such a delicious saute at home: it is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beef combined with vegetables is a balanced dish at any time of the year.

Ingredients:
lean beef – 1 kg;
onion – 3 pc.;
large tomato – 2 pcs.;
Bulgarian sweet pepper – 2 pcs.;
dry white wine – 1 glass;
rosemary – to taste;
table salt – to taste.

How to cook saute.

We wash the meat in cold water and dry it with a paper towel, after that we cut it into not very large oblong blocks as shown in the photo. Line a baking dish with foil, and place pieces of prepared beef on top of it.

Wash all the mentioned vegetables thoroughly in cold water, if necessary, clean them. Buy tomatoes that are thick so that they can be easily cut. Cut the vegetables into small, neat cubes and put them in a mold on top of the beef pieces.

Pepper is prepared as follows: wash, cut in half, remove seeds and green stem. Only after that, we cut the pepper into not very thin strips and send it to the mold after the tomatoes.

Cut the onions the way you like the most and put them on top of the meat just like other vegetables. Add the required amount of spices, salt, according to your taste. Pour cold wine over the beef and vegetables in the mold.

Carefully wrap the edges of the foil loosely over the meat. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the pan with the saute in it and bake the dish for 60 minutes until it is fully cooked. 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, you can slightly unfold the foil so that the ingredients brown.

Put the finished dish on a plate and serve it hot. Delicious stew with beef and vegetables cooked in the oven is ready.
