Roll with egg and spinach – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a very tasty, impressive roll with eggs and spinach. It will fit very well into a family dinner or a festive table. The set of products is very simple, the recipe does not require too much effort.

minced meat (I have pork and beef, you can also use chicken) – 800 g;
spinach – 100 g;
hard cheese – 50 g;
breadcrumbs – 50 g;
eggs (raw) – 1 pc.;
eggs (boiled) – 5 pcs.;
spices, salt

The process of making a roll.

Let’s prepare minced meat. Mix all the ingredients – add 1 raw egg, hard grated cheese, breadcrumbs, your favorite spices, salt to the minced meat.

Now let’s deal with spinach. I cut it in an arbitrary shape with scissors and poured boiling water over it. He stood for a while and I threw him on the colander.

Then we take a sheet of parchment paper and evenly distribute the minced meat on it in the form of a rectangle.

Place spinach and boiled eggs on top.

Tightly twist the roll in the form of a roll. We pinch the ends of the paper and in it we send our roll to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and cut it nicely.
