Rolls with cheese – a juicy snack

1. Cut broccoli into small florets, put in a bowl of salted water for 30 minutes. Put on a sieve, dry.

3. Fry diced onion in olive oil until soft.

4. Add crushed garlic, fry, stirring for 1 minute.

5. Add broccoli and fry over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

6. Broccoli should be slightly crunchy for these rolls.

7. Put everything in a bowl, cool, add beaten egg and crumbled cheese. Salt, pepper, season with a pinch of nutmeg.

8. Heat the oven to 200 gr. Cut the dough into rectangles, roll out each one slightly, put the filling and wrap it with a roll. Put on a baking sheet. Grease the cheese rolls with a beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Very original, but I would boil the broccoli more, because I don’t like crunchy. And it’s also beautiful!
