Rozgardiyash salad – a recipe with a photo.

Making salads is a huge space for imagination. Even if you combine your favorite products every day and it turns out delicious every time. And quickly, which is also important with the modern rhythm of life. I have a small child, I don’t always have time to stand by the stove, so salads are very often on our table. I am sharing one of my favorite recipes with you! Let’s start!

Ingredients:
canned white beans – 1 can;
smoked sausage – 50 g;
tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
white bread – 4 slices;
hard cheese – 50 g;
vegetable oil for frying;
greens – to taste;
mayonnaise – to taste.

Salad preparation process.

To begin with, we prepare croutons, they will need to cool. To do this, cut the bread (white or gray, it depends only on your taste) into cubes and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Dry until golden, about 15-20 minutes, at 200 degrees. That’s how beautiful it turns out!

Now let’s start preparing the salad. We discard the beans in a colander and wash them, put them in a salad bowl.

Cut the smoked sausage into strips.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

We collect all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add greens.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise, I used two tablespoons.

There is no need to salt, there is enough salt in the sausage, although it is a matter of taste, try and add salt if you want. That’s it, dinner is ready in just 10 minutes, tasty and nutritious! When serving, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
