Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk 300 g
Dry milk 200 g
100 ml of boiled water.
Butter 100 g.

Method of cooking:
To make toffee you will need dry milk, butter, flour, condensed milk and water.

Melt the butter in a pan with a thick bottom.

Add flour and fry until golden.

Add condensed milk and fry, stirring, for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, dilute the powdered milk in boiled water at room temperature and add to the condensed milk in the pan.

If the mass is too thick, then add a little water and cook, stirring, for 30 minutes, until the mass becomes viscous and golden in color.

Transfer to a container and level with a spatula.

Then make dividing strips along and across to make it easier to break the toffee.

Leave in the refrigerator for 5 hours and you can serve with tea!
