Saira is very tasty and I decided to make a salad from it. There is nothing difficult in its preparation, the most important thing is that it turned out very tasty! And so let’s start.
Ingredients:
canned sour cream – 1 can;
chicken eggs – 3 pc.;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pcs.;
wheat crackers – 30 g;
carrot – 1 pc.;
onion – 1 pc.;
table vinegar – 1 teaspoon;
green dill – 10 g;
parsley – 10 g;
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons

I boil three chicken eggs.
I cool, clean, separate the protein from the yolk.
Finely cut. I put them aside for now.
I wash, clean and cut the carrots into small cubes, as in the photo.
I took one pepper, but of a different color and in half.
I also finely chop both halves.
I take out my cauldron (pan) and fry carrots and peppers in turn and put them on a plate.
The same with onions, I clean them, finely chop them.
I marinate it as follows: put it in a container, fill it with boiling water, add a teaspoon of vinegar.
I close the lid and wait three minutes.
After three minutes, I drain the water.
I open a can of saury, drain the oil, put the fish on a plate and mash it to a pulp.
Today I decided to lay out some salad beautifully, using a special form. I put the form on a flat plate.
I put a layer of sair.
Next, pickled onions.
I spread a little mayonnaise.
The next layer is carrot and egg white.
I spread a little mayonnaise again.
Then a layer of dill, yellow and red pepper.
A layer of egg white, and on top a yolk and dill.
I remove the form, decorate the dish with dill and parsley, and top with breadcrumbs. That’s all!
