The salad cocktail is interesting. I love seafood. But I didn’t understand why there is rabbit meat, even canned? After all, it will simply overpower the taste of shrimp and caviar. I would not add ego. I prefer to add quite a bit of boiled rice to the seafood. But the idea of ​​serving this salad as a salad-cocktail is wonderful, I’ll take a note of it.

By the way, I also did not understand what the rabbit had to do with it. Although, I haven’t tried it, I don’t know, maybe it’s very tasty. But when I worked in a restaurant, I made a seafood cocktail only from seafood, eggs, fried onions and mayonnaise.
