1 kg of pork hearts,
3 carrots,
2 medium bulbs,
1 tbsp each soy sauce, sugar, coriander, vinegar,

Pour 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. adjika, soy sauce.
