Salad in a jar

We cook like this:
1. Pour olive oil, wine vinegar, honey and grain mustard into a jar. Close the jar with a lid and shake it so that everything is well mixed. French salad dressing “Vinaigrette” is produced. If desired, you can add a little salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Cut all the ingredients of the salad. Put potatoes in a jar in layers, then corn, egg, tomato, cucumber, green onion, and the last layer of lettuce to the top of the jar. Cover the jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator until serving. Before use, turn the can so that the dressing is distributed among all the ingredients.

° According to this principle, you can prepare any salad. The main thing is to follow certain rules. First, the dressing is put in the jar – oil, balsamic vinegar, sauce. Then there are large ingredients that will not be soaked and soaked in sauce, for example, cucumbers or celery. Vegetables should be stacked according to the principle “from hard to soft”. Then they put the ingredients that should remain dry until you start eating the salad – for example, croutons. And all kinds of greens are put as the last layer.
