Salad Palette

1. Boil the eggs. Wash and dry fresh vegetables. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage, cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into pieces, chop the green onions and dill (reserve a few pieces of tomato and a few sprigs of dill for decoration).

2. Drain the liquid from the corn. Cut the ham and egg whites into strips, chop the yolks, grate the cheese on a large grater, mix the oil with lemon juice.

3. Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, add salt to taste and mix gently. Decorate the salad with slices of tomatoes and green dill.
