I suggest preparing a light green salad with fruit, adding smoked chicken breast for piquancy. I prepare such a salad in those cases when there are few fruits and there are many of us. Green salad is light, it can be prepared without chicken.

Ingredients:
smoked chicken – 100 g;
lettuce leaves – 2 bunches;
orange – 1 pcs .;
pomegranate – 1 pc.;
sun-dried tomatoes – 100 g;
cashew nuts 100 g;
olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp.

How to make salad with chicken and fruit.

First, let’s prepare the ingredients. Pomegranate must be divided into grains. Peel the orange, divide it into segments, cut it arbitrarily.

Then chop the sun-dried tomatoes into straws. Chop the nuts, if you wish, you can leave them whole.

Cut the smoked chicken into such thin pieces. I will not add the chicken to the general salad, but will serve it separately. If desired, everyone can add chicken to the salad themselves.

Wash the lettuce leaves and shake off excess moisture. Tear the leaves into small pieces, immediately put them in a salad bowl. If you cut lettuce leaves with a knife, then there is a possibility that the edges of the lettuce will darken.

Then we combine the salad. Add tomatoes and nuts to lettuce leaves.

Then fruit. You can also add an apple to such a salad.

Dress the salad to taste with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You can add salt and pepper as desired. Mix the salad and let it stand for a while. You can choose another filling.

I suggest serving a salad with smoked chicken and fruit as follows. On a serving plate, put a bitter salad, and then lay out pieces of chicken.
