Ingredients:
Chinese salad (Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage) 300 g
Sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 pc.
Apples (160 g) 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Garlic cloves 1 pc.
Chicken fillet 200 g
Sea salt ¾ tsp.
Black pepper, ground ½ tsp.
Natural yogurt 125 ml
Dijon mustard 2 tsp.
Lemon juice 5 ml
Buckwheat honey 15 g
Dried dill 1 tsp.

Method of cooking:
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, dry them and cut them into thin strips.

Peel the pepper from the seeds and thinly cut it into strips.

Remove the skin and seeds from the apples, and also cut them into strips. Put everything in a bowl and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apple does not darken.

In a small amount of oil, fry a crushed clove of garlic until golden, remove the garlic.

Fry strips of chicken fillet in flavored garlic oil, salt and pepper. Do not overdry the chicken so that it does not become dry, fry for literally 5 minutes on medium heat.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and mix properly. You can use yogurt or sour cream for this dressing. If you see that the liquid has separated from the yogurt, drain it so that the dressing is thicker. You can even put the yogurt on a sieve and let the liquid drain for 15-20 minutes. Be sure to try the finished dressing to adjust its taste depending on the taste of the available components and your preferences.

Add the ready and slightly cooled chicken to the salad, mix well.

Arrange the salad on plates, pour the dressing over it.
