Salad with chicken fillet, peas and crackers – recipe with photo

Today we are preparing a very tasty holiday salad with chicken fillet, peas and crackers. Such a salad will be an excellent option for the New Year or a birthday.

Ingredients:
chicken fillet – 200 g;
canned cucumber – 1-2 pcs.;
fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.;
boiled eggs – 3 pcs.;
peas – 0,5 cans;
crackers – 50 g;
bunch of dill;
mayonnaise.

The process of making a salad with chicken fillet, peas and crackers.

First, boil the potatoes, peel them, let them cool. Cut into cubes.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Transfer to a bowl and let it also cool. We cut.

Cut fresh and canned cucumber together.

Boil eggs, clean and cut into cubes.

Wash dill, shake off excess moisture and chop.

Arrange the salad in a ring. First, we lay out the potatoes. Flatten this layer. Add mayonnaise.

Cucumbers and mayonnaise follow.

Next, lay out the chicken fillet. Level this layer. Mayonnaise again.

Spread the canned peas. We ram.

Next come eggs and mayonnaise.

The last thing left to do was lay out our crackers.

We remove the ring and enjoy the salad.
