Salad with cod liver, eggs and cheese – a recipe with a photo

Today’s recipe is cod liver salad. This dish is very easy to prepare and will easily decorate any festive table.

boiled potatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
leek or shallot – 50-60 g;
cod liver – 200 g;
mayonnaise – 60-70 g;
boiled eggs – 2 pcs.;
grated cheese – 60 g;
salt, black pepper – to taste;
fresh greens

Salad preparation process.

Cut the leek lengthwise into 4 parts. Put on a sieve and rinse with running water.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. If you have just cooked it and it is still warm, you can mash it with a fork.

Put onions and mayonnaise here, add a little black pepper. Mix everything.

Now divide the boiled eggs into yolks and whites. Rub the yolks into the cheese. Mix gently with a fork.

Lettuce can be collected. The bottom layer is potatoes with onions and mayonnaise.

Now rub the protein here. We distribute.

Cod liver on top. Knead it a little with a fork. Pour a little butter left over from the liver on top.

Now cheese with yolk.

You can add fresh herbs on top. Now the ring can be removed.
